At Sway Studios, we prepare every order with the utmost care to ensure it reaches its destination as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Shipping Zones Currently, Sway Studios ships exclusively within Mainland Spain (Peninsula). Shipping to other destinations will be enabled soon. Any updates regarding new shipping zones will be communicated through our online store.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process before finalizing the order.

• Standard Shipping (Mainland Spain): €3.99.

Processing Times Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared within an estimated timeframe of 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times After dispatch, the estimated delivery time within Mainland Spain is between 24 and 72 business hours. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to causes beyond Sway Studios' control.

Carriers Shipments are handled via Correos or equivalent courier companies, selected based on availability and destination, with the aim of offering a reliable and secure service.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Delays & Liability Sway Studios is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company, adverse weather conditions, holidays, or exceptional situations beyond our control. However, if any issue arises with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist you in managing the situation in the best possible way.
