Return & Exchange Policy – Sway Studios
At Sway Studios, due to the limited nature of our collections, each garment is produced in small batches and is not restocked once sold out. Therefore, our return and exchange policy is designed to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction within this context of exclusivity.
Size Exchanges We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retains its original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange it for another product of equal or greater value, paying the difference if applicable. Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds We do not offer monetary refunds. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product presents a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the customer may choose to exchange the item for the same garment, exchange it for another available product, or receive store credit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. To request a return due to a defect, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing the order number and clear photographs of the defect.
Non-Returnable Items Items purchased on sale or promotion, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged, and those that do not retain their original tags or packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective Items If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at swaystudiosofficial@gmail.com, including photographs of the defect and your order number. Once the case has been evaluated, Sway Studios will offer an exchange or store credit at no additional cost to the customer.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We only cover shipping costs when the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error made by Sway Studios. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit; therefore, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
Processing Times The estimated time for product inspection is 5 to 10 business days. Once approved, the issuance of store credit or the shipment of the exchange will take an additional 5 to 10 business days.
